Jennifer Moon is an independent advisor helping leaders see what’s really happening inside their organizations – and why work often feels harder than it should.

With over 25 years of experience in transformation, workforce intelligence, and enterprise PMO leadership, Jennifer brings a practical, system-level perspective to performance. Through her work with The Guidance Office, she partners with senior leaders to uncover hidden friction in how work flows across teams, decisions, and priorities – turning that insight into clear, actionable improvements.

Jennifer’s work sits at the intersection of people, systems, and outcomes. She challenges the assumption that better results come from more effort, showing instead how clarity, decision-making, and design shape performance.

She is an award-winning speaker, published author, and board member of the Institute for Performance and Learning (I4PL), and is known for delivering insights that are both thought-provoking and immediately applicable.
